Our venison is from deer harvested from the wild in Tasmania, where we only have Fallow deer. Fallow is widely regarded as the best venison.  We believe ours is amongst the best in the world.

Wild deer are a major agricultural, environmental and public safety problem in Tasmania.  We harvest our deer off farms, helping farmers manage this problem.  By buying our venison you are doing the world a favour.
