Venison has always been known as the ‘king of meats’, and venison from fallow deer is the very best of the best.We only have fallow deer in Tasmania so our venison is exceptionally good.
All our venison is wild harvested, so not only is it the real thing but we’re also helping farmers to manage a serious problem and removing an environmental pest.
Note: one side of each striploin still has the sinew on it.This is easily trimmed off but if left on will help the medallion keep it’s shape when pan fried.
