Our Refund and Replacement Policy
At Lenah Game Meats, due to the perishable nature of our products, we don’t offer refunds. We are a small company that really cares. If you have any concerns about your order, please let us know.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or you believe it is unsatisfactory in any way, please get in touch with us immediately (within 12 hours of delivery) with a photo showing what you are concerned about.
Wrong Orders
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please notify us immediately. We acknowledge that we do make mistakes.
