You’ll love them!   These snags are blanched (pre-cooked) they just need heating and searing.  Gluten & diary free. 

Our venison is wild harvested in Tasmania where we only have fallow deer.  Fallow is widely regarded as the best venison.  We believe ours is amongst the best in the world. This product is delivered vacuum packed.  It will be clearly labelled with a chilled use by date.  

Ingredients: venison meat (65%), duck meat (30%), maize flour, salt, sugar, herbs, soy protein, garlic, mineral salt (451), preservative (223), natural colour (160c), herb and spice extracts, rice flour, flavours.
