Wild harvested goat.  These goats are wild harvested off mainland stations, where the farmers manage the herds and harvest them for income.

As our Managing Director so cheekily says, "When God made goat, she was thinking 'curry!'"

This product is delivered vacuum packed.  It will be clearly labelled with a chilled use by date.  Once opened it should be cooked within 3 days.

This product may be frozen.  If it defrosts in transit, cook within 3 days.
