Serve cold as an antipasto if you must but the delicate flavour of this smoked product simply explodes when you serve it warmed in a salad or pasta dish. Smoked wallaby can also be used to replace bacon or pancetta in recipes. This product is delivered vacuum packed. It will be clearly labelled with a chilled use by date. Once opened it should be consumed within 3 to 5 days.
